This year brought growth, challenges, and opportunities for us to refine who we are as a company. We’ve strengthened our foundation, focused on what matters mostβ€”our clients and our teamβ€”and positioned ourselves for an even stronger 2026.

What We Expect in 2026
πŸ“ Mandatory SOPs – Take Ownership
All team members are responsible for documenting Processes & SOPs for their assigned clients. SOPs must be uploaded to the Notebooks section in Teamwork.
  • This is not optional – it is a required responsibility
  • Do not wait for others to create SOPs for you
  • If a process exists, document it
  • If you need guidance, ask – but proactive ownership is expected
⏱️ Time Tracking is Non-Negotiable
Time must be logged dailyβ€”it’s how we stay within client budgets and provide transparency.
  • Log time every day without exception
  • Once a client hits 80% of their monthly hours, notify them immediately
  • Accurate tracking protects both our team and our clients
🎯 Client Retention & Growth
Our focus is client retention and excellence. Many clients need more support than we’re currently providing. Let’s:
  • Be proactive in recognizing needs
  • Suggest additional services or support
  • Go above and beyond to deliver excellence
  • Remember: Client growth = TBVA growth

AI is a tool, not a replacement for your work, judgment, or communication skills.
  • Nothing from AI should be copied and sent to a client as-is
  • Every AI output must be edited for natural, human language
  • No deliverables should be created solely through AI without review
  • You are responsible for the final product
  • Our clients hire us for judgment, communication, and attention to detail
⚑ Task Management & Immediate Action
When a task comes inβ€”especially if it’s simple or quickβ€”handle it right away. Delaying small tasks creates a ripple effect.
  • If it’s easy, do it. Get it off your list.
  • Use time blocks throughout your day
  • Stay current so you can respond quickly to urgent needs
